Niu Soft Serve is the inspiration of young entrepreneurs Aiku'e and Kekahu Napoleon-Ahn. They grew up working in our family's beverage and ice cream business and are now helping the company turn a new page in it's history.

Aiku'e and Kekahu are inspiring innovative products, ingredients and value-added services to meet the contemporary tastes of a new generation. Their mission to bring dairy-free options to Hawai'i has birthed our new store in Mo'ili'ili
